Fantasy movie Matha Re Dei Patta Odhani is coming this July

Laxmipuja Production’s odia fantasy movie ‘Matha Re Dei Patta Odhani’ has been scheduled to release in July this year. Producer Anam Charan Sahoo has chosen to keep the movie for the post Rajja release so that it will not have to compete with any other movie.

‘Matha Re Dei Patta Odhani’ is the eighth movie of Laxmipuja Production which is going to be the sixteenth movie of Ollywood this year. Mystery, suspense, fantasy and adventure filled this movie has been screenplayed, shot and directed by Ranjan Mishra. The fantasy story of the movie has been written by producer Anam Charan Sahoo’s wife Laxmipriya Sahoo. Sri Anam Charan Sahoo also has handled another department of the film. For the first time, Sri Sahoo has composed the music of his film Matha Re Dei Patta Odhani. The lyrics are by Arun Mantri and Basant Raj Samal. The songs are sung by Tapu Mishra, Bibhu Kishore, Kumar Bapi, Sailabhama, Sricharan, and Uttam. While Deepak, Nikita, and Easy has been in the lead, Mihir Das, Puspa Panda, Pintoo Nanda, Pradumna Lenka, Jeevan Panda and Easy are there in the movie.

According to the filmmaker, the story of Matha Re Dei Patta Odhani is basically a triangular love story. But it has full of fantastical elements of horror and thriller. Aditya, the main character of the movie, belongs to a zamindaar family. He, however, falls in love with daughter of a potter. He has promised his beloved to gift a ‘patta odhani’. But, time is always unpredictable. Being in an orthodox society, this relationship of Aditya has not been accepted. The couple has been murdered. But the story doesn’t end here so pessimistically. Here the story turns out to be an interesting ride of reincarnation. Yes, Aditya takes birth again but is he able to carry out his given promise this time! This is to be witnessed when audience will enjoy the movie in theatres. With a twist and turn from usual love stories, the movie seems to surely catch audience attention.
